Schools kill creativity

On this video, Ken Robinson shows his perspective about the education system. He starts talking about the human creativity especially the children. He believes that creativity is so important as literacy, but the way we are educated kills this because we are punished when we are wrong. He said "If you are not prepared to be wrong you will never come up with anything original". He explained that all kind of public system education around the world are a process of academic entrance. As a consequence, many brilliant people who doesn't fit this process think they are not intelligent. He proposes us to review the principles we are education people.

I agree with Ken. I think the education system really kills human creativity, specially we are kids. We don't get support to do what we want. We don't get support to study arts, to innovate. We are encouraged to graduate, become. I think it's more important to care more about discovering human's talent and than deciding how we will be educated and what how we will study or work.
However I don't know how to do this.

Hello, everyone!

My name is Bruna which means brown according to google.
I am from Brazil and I've been living in USA since last friday (06/20/2014). I'm 22 years old, I study computer science and this summer I'm studying english at California State University, Fullerton!
I am so excited about living in California :)
I decided to come to USA because I want to speak english very well and because the universities here are excellent.
I like sports, TV series like game of thrones, revenge, house of cards and since I came here at Fullerton I've been walking around to visit the city almost every day.

When I have lived in Brazil I had some interesting experiences. I was a volunteer at CHOICE program. So I had worked presenting the concept of social business in different colleges at my state Pernambuco. I was a CHOICE's ambassadress for 4 months. After that, I had worked for more 4 months as an ambassadress-mentor at CHOICE program. It was an amazing opportunity, I made many friends from different states from Brazil.
I also had worked in CITi (Integrated Center of Information Technology) which is a junior enterprise, as an quality manager for 1 year and for 6 months as Vice President. I have learned so much while working there. I learned about management and information technology. I had the opportunity to leader the team and it was one of the best choices of my life.
